Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA05B representative variety of amide polypropylene β crystal nucleator. At the processing temperature of polypropylene (PP), it can be dissolved in the resin melt, and recrystallize with the decrease of the melt temperature, forming a rod crystal with a large aspect ratio, and then inducing PP to nucleate crystallization with β crystal, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the impulse resistance strength, thermal deformation temperature and microporosity of the product. In contrast, ZCGJ-NA05B has a stable structure, and multiple melting extrusion does not affect the β crystal content of PP. It can be widely used in PP-R pipe, injection molding products and dry lithium battery diaphragm preparation process, and has a good co-effect with calcium carbonate. In addition, ZCGJ-NA05B also promotes nucleation against polybutene-1 (PB-1).

Recommended amount of ZCGJ-NA05B  is 0.05~0.15phr of resin matrix. In practical application, it is recommended to determine the specific amount according to the requirements of product indicators. In addition to directly mixed with PP material, this product can also be made into material before use.

Health safety

This product is tasteless, mice oral ld50 is greater than 5000mg/kg.bw, in the operation and use should avoid dust formation, and stay away from the fire source.

Should be stored under light avoidance, low temperature, dry, sealing conditions.
