Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA11 can accelerate the crystallization speed of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other resins, shorten the molding cycle of the product, significantly improve the rigidity and heat resistance of the product, and improve the transparency and surface gloss of the product, and its good compatibility with the resin, extraction resistance, odorless. In addition, ZCGJ-NA11 also has a good nucleation effect on engineering plastics such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyamide (PA). The recommended amount of ZCGJ-NA11 is resin 0.03~0.20phr. When combined with PP or PE particles, white oil or other codispersant can be appropriately used to promote uniform dispersion.

ZCGJ-NA11 This product has been FBA and GB9685-2016 Standard permission to be used in food contact applications. Handle with due care and avoid dust formation and keep away from ignition sources.

Storage & Handling

ZCGJ-NA11 Store in a dry, ventilated environment. It is packed in fiber drum or paper box with a lining of plastic sack.
