Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA21 is an aryl phosphate ester salt polypropylene α crystal type nucleator, Compared with the conventional α crystal nucleator, it has good comprehensive performance, giving good rigidity, transparency, surface gloss and heat resistance at relatively low concentrations,it is tasteless, good compatibility with the matrix resin, easy dispersion, extraction resistance, It can be widely used in high rigidity PP special material, transparent injection molding products, automotive PP accessories and other modified products, In addition, ZCGJ-NA21 also has a good nucleation effect on engineering plastics such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyamide (PA)

The recommended amount of ZCGJ-NA21 is 0.05~0.15phr of resin. In actual use, it is suggested to determine the specific amount of addition according to the application index requirements of the product. In addition, white oil or other codispersants can be used to promote uniform dispersion.
