Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA200 is a new sort of nucleating agents special for polylactic acid (PLA), which belongs to auxiliary aids for bio-based plastics. It is non-toxic, tasteless and mainly used for PLA & Polyhydroxylated fatty acid esters （PHAs） resins to play a good role in promoting nucleation. It can significantly improve the crystallization rate of the resins, and shorten the molding cycle of products, increase productivity. ZCGJ-NA200L can improve physical and mechanical properties, improve the heat distortion temperature, modulus of elasticity and tensile and flexural strength of products. The recommended dosage range is 0.5~1.5phr.

Sanitation & Safety

Oral acute toxicity of ZCGJ-NA200L  in mice: LD₅₀ (lethal dose 50) values were more than 5000mg/kg for male and female mice. ZCGJ-NA200L  is slightly toxic. It should be avoided to form dust in the course of operation and use. Keep away from the fire source.
