Application characteristics
Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA22 Is a special nucleating agent for the polyamide, Well-dispersed in various polyamide resins (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12),
It can induce the rearrangement crystallization of polymer molecular chain to promote the crystallization speed of resin crystallization, improve the crystallinity and improve the processing and application performance of products.TMN-22 In the injection molding processing has the following advantages:
Shorten the molding period, improve the production efficiency, improve the release, improve the dimensional stability of products, reduce the shrinkage, prevent the stress cracking of products, and improve the mechanical properties (improve the tensile strength and hardness)。
These modified effects are not only present in unenhanced nylon, but also in enhanced nylon, especially suitable for glass fiber-reinforced nylon. The reason is that, compared to the glass fiber,ZCGJ-NA22
A more detailed, uniform crystal structure can be formed in the polyamide resin. This product can also be used for food contact materials。
The recommended dosage range is 0.05~0.30phr of resin, and the amount of addition depends on the volume of nylon and the expected requirements of the specific product.
Processing methodIt is recommended to mix it with resin powder / grain and transfer it to the extruder feeder for extrusion.
It is recommended to choose double screw extruder or single screw granulation with high strength mixing ability. Good dispersion helps to improve the dispersion performance of ZCGJ-NA22. The extrusion temperature and process parameters are set according to the conventional matrix resin processing process without excessive adjustment.
Storage & Handling
ZCGJ-NA22 should be stored under light avoidance, low temperature, dry and sealed conditions. It is packed Carton lined with plastic bags.
