Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA301L is a Semi-crystalline aliphatic polyester with high cost performance of highly efficient nucleator variety that used for PLA, Compared with inefficient nucleation agents such as talc powder, this product can improve the crystallinity and crystallization speed of the resin, change the crystallization behavior of the resin, and the crystallization parameters at a lower addition amount.

To improve the thermal deformation temperature and mechanical properties of the product, based on the acceleration of crystallization, the half crystal time and forming period are greatly shortened, improving the production efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of the forming process.

The recommended amount is 0.3~1.0phr of resin, and other dispersing agents can be used when combined with PLA to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be used directly with the matrix resin, can also be processed into a certain concentration of material.
