Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA300L is acylhydrazine nucleation agent specially for Polylactic acid，With polylactic acid (PLA) resin has good compatibility, can be dissolved in PLA melt, in the process of resin melt cooling crystallization, and by self-assembly of molecular nanoscale fiber crystal, induce PLA molecular epiphytic crystallization, and then to speed up the crystallization speed, shorten the molding cycle, improve the heat resistance, bending modulus and surface gloss, It can be used in food contact materials, and in addition, it has a good crystallization effect on polyalkyl acid ester (PHAS), Polybutanoic acid butanediol (PBS). Based on the structure of hydrazine in its molecule, this product still has the effect of inhibiting and passivation of variable valence metal ions (heavy metal ions) on the catalysis of the degradation of polymer, so it shows a certain stabilization performance.

The recommended amount of ZCGJ-NA300L is 0.5~1.5phr of resin, which is appropriately used when combination with PLA and other resin particles to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be used directly with the matrix resin, can also be processed into a certain concentration of material.

Sanitation & Safety

Oral acute toxicity of ZCGJ-NA300L in mice: LD₅₀ (lethal dose 50) values were more than 5000mg/kg for male and female mice.  It should be avoided to form dust in the course of operation and use. Keep away from the fire source.
