Application features

Nucleation agent ZCGJ-NA03 is a general type of aryl carboxylic acid soap polypropylene ɑ crystal nucleating agent, which can accelerate the crystallization speed of polypropylene (PP) resin, give the products good surface luster and toughness balance, improve the heat resistance and deformation of the products, and moderately shorten the molding cycle. The ZCGJ-NA03 has good compatibility with resin, extraction resistance and no odor, especially suitable for pp home appliance shell, battery shell, PP-R pipe and other products. At the same time, ZCGJ-NA03 also has a good nucleation effect on engineering plastics such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyamide (PA). The recommended amount of ZCGJ-NA03 is 0.05~0.15phr of resin.

In actual use, it is recommended to determine the specific amount according to the application index requirements of the product. In addition, in order to further improve the dispersion effect, white oil or other codispersants can be properly combined to promote uniform dispersion.

Sanitation & Safety

ZCGJ-NA03 This product has been FBA GB9685-2016 Standard permission to be used in food contact applications. Handle with due care and avoid dust formation and keep away from ignition sources.

Storage & Handling

ZCGJ-NA03 should be stored under light avoidance, low temperature, dry and sealed conditions. It is packed in fiber drum or paper box with a lining of plastic sack.
