Application features

Hydrolysis-resistant Stabilizer  ZCGJ-SW500 is classified as a representative species of monomeric carbodiimide hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer and it is widely used in polycondensation class engineering plastics(PET, PBT,  PA, etc.),biobased and biodegradable plastics(PLA, PBAT, PGA, PPC, PHA, etc.) and polyester type polyurethane elastomer, adhesives and coating systems , which gives excellent hydrolysis resistance to prolong service life of products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and moist conditions . ZCGJ-SW500 can play a certain role in end capping during processing, realize chain expansion, stabilize the melt strength and viscosity of polyester resin, and improve the mechanical  properties of its products.

This product can be used as hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer in PU system , adhesives and PET, PBT.

Hydrolysis-resistant Stabilizer ZCGJ-SW500 add about 1.0 phr of polyester polyols in PU, solid content of 1.0~2.0phr in the adhesive, and 1.0~2.5phr of resin in pet and pbt

This product is tasteless,It should be avoided to form dust in the course of operation and use. Keep away from the fire source.

Carton  lined with plastic bags.

Storage

Should be stored under light avoidance, low temperature, dry, sealing conditions.
